How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery to all UK mainland addresses. Orders to some more remote areas are subject to a supplemental delivery fee to cover the extra cost of delivering to these regions.
Delivery areas subject to this supplemental charge include some Scottish regions, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Wight, Scilly, Orkney and Shetland (postcode areas beginning: AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO, ZE). This will be automatically calculated and applied in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address postcode.

How can I pay for my items?

You can pay for all items securely on the Fire Mountain website via PayPal checkout, any debit or credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about an order once it has been dispatched but not yet delivered, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return it and we will issue a refund. If the goods are accepted at the delivery point, there will be a collection charge to return the item.

Do you offer guaranteed next day delivery?

Our team will always aim to pick and dispatch orders within 1 working day of ordering and are delivered 1-3 working days after dispatch however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order. We do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays so please bare this in mind when ordering.

How can I check if an item is in stock?

Our website reflects real time stock levels in our warehouse and you will not be able to add an item to your basket if it is out of stock.

Do you offer discount codes?

We occasionally run special offers on our website and will offer discount codes for use in the checkout process. These offers will be visible on the website.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

You should receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes. Please check your junk folder if this doesn’t come through to your inbox.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your item has been dispatched.

How can I get in contact with you?

All of our contact information can be found in the Contact Us section of the website. Our UK based customer services team will always try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Does my BBQ come with a warranty?

All of our BBQs come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty as standard.

I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer services team within 14 days. We will be able to provide further advice.

I am missing a part or item, what should I do?

If you are missing a part of your order such as a screw or a bolt, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.

Will my item arrive built or boxed?

As a standard, none of our items arrive built and your order will be delivered inside it's original packaging.

What is the process for returns and refunds?

We hope you love your new Fire Mountain products but if you change your mind once it arrives, we accept returns within 30 days.

To return any unwanted items, please contact our customer services team before sending your item back. You may be liable for the cost of returning items to us. All items must be returned in their delivered condition, unused and in original packaging.


Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received at our warehouse and inspected by our team.

How do I connect my regulator to my gas BBQ?

Attach the hose to the nozzle of the regulator and secure with the hose clip provided. Tighten the hose clips with a screwdriver. Ensure that the hose is not obstructed, kinked, or in contact with any part of the barbecue other than at its connection point.

Attach the other end of the hose onto the connection nozzle of the BBQ unit. Use the other hose clip provided to secure it into place.

Place the regulator onto the top nozzle of the gas cylinder and fix into place using the the black button on the side of the regulator.

You can turn the gas flow on and off using the lever above the clip button on the regulator.

Please note our regulators and hoses are sold separately from the BBQ units.
